I think you meant May 31st, and ya now that they signed that DPA I have a good bit of confidences in QED now. Can't wait to see what happens next week.

"QED = Makmann + his cell phone" What part of this 1st grade equation do people not get? There are no products, no people, no technology, no infrastructure, no money.........plenty of smoke and a few mirrors and that's it. Why do you think Makmann is jumping ship to KLDO? QED is a dead man walking.

But if the deal goes through, the PPS won't move. The PPS would have already moved if it was such good news. Closing the deal just means people won't sell off what they have. But I doubt there will be much buying.
