Oh well, I wouldn't have relied on ProRemote anyway. The infrastructure's not there to market that product. Apple already has the market. I didn't buy in on that. QEDN & Nazz signed a Definitive Purchase Agreement (DPA), one step closer than a Letters of Intent (LOI), which is intended to imply the deal is going forward.

My analysis is the deal w/ Nazz is supposed to close March 31 (a holiday, Memorial Day). Investors thought this was going to make a premature run like the last time. It didn't. Now, they're scared & are running.

If the deal goes thru, they'll be back.
