Thanks, AK. I've been aching to join this discussion but haven't had the time to sit down and compose my thoughts. I wouldn't have had the wit to chime in with something like your example of REAL guilt, though.

I used to run with a guy who's Mother used to drink any beer he put in the fridge "to keep him from drinking it".
