This is your point, isn't it? "Means of knowledge" is basically saying if someone involved with chip and phone trading knew it was a rotating sale fraud, the traders involved with that kind of activity should have known it was not real trade activity, and they will fail in the courts.

But the legitimate traders hurt by all this -- many individuals, apparently -- are still waiting and hoping that their funds will be returning to them.

Isn't that about right?
