While any negative stories about the Yankees put an extra bounce in my step I would have been far more excited if that article was about CC or Hughes. Aceves wasn't expected to add much to the Yankees.

Oh I forgot to ask you can you put Beckett on your roster and keep him there as we are spectacular without him. Oh and I hope you didn't put Ellsbury on your roster as he's hurt again.

Especially since Chan Ho Park is the other long relief option in the bullpen.

I believe that 3 of the 5 home runs he has given up this season have been to Red Sox hitters.

Bruney is a FA after his release from the Nats, he has not been good but I wonder if coming back to the Yanks would lift the funk. He was very useful in prior times.
