There is no valid reason for THJMW to get upset. The facts are indeed correct. No entity has examined what role JPM played in the demise of WAMU. They know and the proof is indeed there! Sussman is just doing what any really good litigator would which is let his opponents. The truth will come out if you dont pay-up and not some BS dollar amount.. We will see soon!!!!
