I'm praying the SEC gives them a little fine and a slap on the wrist, which will be followed by a short term drop in PPS, and maybe, just maybe, ACT will start selling some product. A lot can happen in two weeks. It's optimistic, but I don't want to pretend my money's gone just yet.

Typos in the press releases...but were they selling restricted shares...shares that should have been restricted? This is the, possibly, issue that would border on criminal...JMO...
