Thank you for that info. I called and talked with Shawn. He said that they are meeting with the SEC right now to try to get this resolved. I asked if they were concerned and he said No, it was just a few typos some things not worded exactly like the SEC thought they should have been worded. I asked when they thought this would be lifted and if he thought it would. He said yes but doesn't know...depends on how the meeting goes but there will be a Press Release out with the info
