I don't really care either way. I'm not in CMKX because I think it has NSS. There are people that said naked shorting is a figment of investor's imaginations, not just in particular with CMKX. There are arguments on both sides of anything that has two sides.

But your statement is of course true and will always be true since CMKX, as of today, is not on the list, and the list is the only hard evidence anyone will accept. If other evidence comes out in the future, of course, you'll say, but as of Jan 9, my statement was true. Why don't you modify it from

"there is not now nor has there ever been the slightest shred of evidence for any persistent NSS of CMKX."

to

"there is not now nor has there ever been any persistent NSS of CMKX"

or

"there is not now nor will there ever be the slightest shred of evidence for any persistent NSS of CMKX."

Only then will it be worthwhile bookmarking

Simply because I disagree with you. It is a huge short trap that was started a couple of years ago by some Vegas people with deep pockets .. not Urban. That is my opinion. They presented a group of clowns with a Funny Car and a know nothing mining person from Saskabush to the whole slobbering illegal shorting world. And the slobberers took the bait .. BIG TIME. At least that is what I think.
