I have no angst with my investment in Wave; the failure to evolve from a visionary-based leadership co to one of execution-based leadership is my "whine", mostly w/the bod.
SKS seems to be a visionary, but the fact of the matter is trhat he has no experience running any co's, 'cept for Wave; he got the gig thru Dad, and that's ok...for a while. Gewtting there is one thing...performance in quite another. He's failed miserably to deliver revs, so should be replaced; he should absolutely stay w/the co, but in a more tech/PR role.
