So, if that process you state was followed in the case of ACLH:...(A)One can only believe that Russ Kidder lied on the Radio show (When he said he had NO IDEA that ACLH had been halted)...OR...(B)That he is incredibly uninformed (WE all knew!)...OR...(C)He is unbelievably Stupid!

...good post! You presented the facts in clear detail. I've been in a few halted stocks and none of them worked out for the good. Chances that ACLH will recover are slim.
