So, if that process you state was followed in the case of ACLH:...(A)One can only believe that Russ Kidder lied on the Radio show (When he said he had NO IDEA that ACLH had been halted)...OR...(B)That he is incredibly uninformed (WE all knew!)...OR...(C)He is unbelievably Stupid!

I think I'll have to go with multiple choice (A), 'cause there is no (D) All of the Above.
