In penny land, could you explain what rules can be bent? Earnings are the determing factor of any stock price, why has "IWEB" had such a range with the possibility of going higher, earnings, not hope, speculation or well wishing, no earnings, no increase in stock price. A good penny stock abides by all SEC rules and guidelines as if they are traded on bigger board. Good revenue, less expenses equal net profit, that is what drives a stock price.
