I think the WMB bondholders opposition is good for us now. BUT, the WMB bondholders do not belong here, they must seek recovery from the receiver (FDIC) not from WMI state.
JMW will not pierce the corporate veil in this case, as she clearly has stated before. WMB bondholders are not WMI liability.
