Why does everyone think this will tank? Just because there is a POR AGAIN. And not just a POR but the same POR with very little changed.
It really doesn't matter if they have a POR because the day to bring it to court is AFTER the deadline.
Everyone should have a POR that day.
This is why I think Susman has not needed to say much. He can have a POR in the courts that holds equal weight with the court as the POS Rosen has. I would think the bond holders would also have a POR. The FDIC could have one but if they signed off on Rosens they don't need one. That doesnt mean they wont have one as well.
The POR Rosen has was no surprise to anyone who has done their DD.We will just have to wait and see but I am buying if it drops.
