Isn't Lehman's commons in a similar position with their POR .. to be cancelled? I don't follow it closely but hasn't their stock price stayed around .085 for weeks during this confirmation period??

Well, yes .. the PPS may really drop but with news of exclusivity ending Tuesday night for the Debtors, that might push it back up when they realize there are many other plans coming into play.
As a side note ... Susman has had one short quote in one article. I'd sure like to see him put something out on how they feel about this POR and their plans to counter it for as long as possible.
I find it amusing yet disheartening that the market appears to hang on every word out of Rosen's (JPM attorney) mouth and filings and reacts very negatively. Yet, so far, whenever THJMW, our EC and attorneys, the UST and all other parties speak or submit objections or appeals the market sort of yawns!!!
