Here is what JMW said in denying the examiner, taken from Fish's post # 195588:

Josh commentary: She is in no hurry to get this over with, and wants to give everyone a fair amount of time to get the facts and figures.

I’m not sure how quickly the debtor honestly can proceed with its proposed plan, but at any rate I think there is sufficient time, should be sufficient time for the EC to conduct whatever investigation it feels is relevant. So, I will deny the motion.

Josh commentary: It looks to me like she isn't planning on allowing the POR to go through. I'm not sure what she means by "sufficient time", but I doubt she means 4 weeks from saying that to approving the POR.
