LOLOLOL!!

Kinti Mining Lmtd. and Kinti Holdings Group combined have ZERO debt.

Obviously that's because no one in his right mind would lend them money.

The whole thing is insane. I don't know if anyone's reported them to the SEC, but action should certainly be taken. They need to be shut down for good.

Does the SEC know about this scam?

They have been so incompetent with the PR game it really wasn't worth informing the SEC because there were no takers. We basically agree on the KLMD board that nobody in their right mind would fall for another one of Frankie's scams, not even an Xer. Some of us took the opportunity to bring the discussion over on this board to keep the Xers inform of the lunacy Frank was currently performing. It was on a hunch that Frank would eventually try to court the Xers to buy into KMLD like he did on the Hot Dog debacle.

Now Frank has officially tried to lure the Xers into KMLD. IMO, that changes things. I may get some laughs from the antics of the Xers but there is no way I want to see ANY of them get hurt by Frank's crew.

Just incase some folks are contemplating buying KMLD, some of your fellow CMKX shareholders already got burn on the James Monroe (JMON) mess Frank was involved with.

May 20, 2010 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Kinti Mining Lmtd. (KMLD.PK) President, Richard Byrd and Kinti holdings Group President, Frank Love Frank Love and Richard Byrd whom both have known each other for 12 years now, and are both former CMKM Diamond shareholders, who have taken matters into their own hands.

We decided a few years ago to form a company built on the basics. Having lost quite a bit in the CMKM Diamonds ordeal, we decided to combine our remaining resources.

So after months of talking and working through several ideas, we found an opportunity that just might get us started back to the road to financial recovery.

After pooling our remaining resources we took over Kinti Mining LMTD. last year and now we are beginning to bring in value to the company.

We have just 50M shares authorized, and big planes to keep it that way. We invite our fellow CMKM Diamond shareholders to grow with us. Below is a list of new ventures we are currently involved with and plan to add even more in the very near future.
