series A shares: 1,366,492 shares

Of course more aquisitions more dilution.


NET INCOME IS: $136,670.00

and it is positive (yipee).

Their cash on hand: $503,186.00

looks good.

And as expected notes-payable current: $4,400,000.00

I'm no accountant but these results look good.
