Do you really think he paid $15 a share for his stock? From what I can surmise he paid .01 a share.

I think you are reading too much into this. He has 48 million shares. He sold 5 million not 1 million so he raised $1.25 million. That's not jump change. And he still has 48 million shares for the big move.
