I just found Monk and aside from some play money on the side, most of my funds are being funeled into his picks. I have plenty of years ahead of me but I'm not going to settle for 10% when I could be netting a couple hundred percent.

cor11 you are so right on and said it perfectly. CDIV will give those who are patient and can hold a year, if need be, more return on their money than most can make in a life time. And why some jump in and out to make $50 to a few hundred dollars a week is beyond me. Some impatient even take a loss here to catch the next flash that catches their eyes and lose their too. So I just sit and hold and patiently let my money accumulate and grow here. Truly unbelievable returns with CDIV!!! But you do have to enjoy or at least endure watching paint dry on the wall. Excellent post Sir.
