Cascadia Investments (CDIV)

I've only owned CDIV since February, and I've already seen about a 500% return. Many of you have been in since it was sub 0.01, so your returns are in the '000's. If you bought in the last couple of months, you will see amazing returns in the next few months. I don't know of any (legitimate) investments that come close to what Monk's stocks are doing. For most of my fairly long, but conservative investing life, I've held mutual funds or large cap stocks, and held them for many years. If I had a 10% annualized return, I was happy. I stand to make more money with Monk's stocks than a lifetime of buy and hold. This is such a fantastic model, it blows me away that anyone would be impatient. Everything that the leaders of the board has been saying has come true. We are so close now, don't be foolish by selling early. My humble opinion (I never know what the acronyms mean. Except for WTF - that one I know.)
