In line... camelion, as you know, restricted shares ....and are not calculated in the float equation. (yes, correct)
As you know, the float can change often, depending on the issuance of stock - at this point, I have no doubt that the public float has increased. (yesby 501,581,900 since 03/23/10)
my concern is the convertible debenture financing that Golden State Equity has been providing on an ongoing basis, which in many cases can be very detrimental to shareholder value (yesbecause if you hold a lot of shares you could also short the stock and make your money both ways)
Another issue to look into - has anyone checked if Invicta and/or Image Worldwide trades on a foreign exchange? (yes IVIT does on the Berlin exchange)
Overall, the price is being held down due to selling pressure in my estimation - doesn't seem to be letting up here. Any thoughts? (Either retail selling or more shorts. I am waiting for new developments from CEO or techniques for them to force shorty to cover. Also any general + revenue or acquisition news. That is it!).
------------- Worth mentioning below (below was mentioned to paul a few minutes ago)
The Board also received information that Golden Gate was “shorting” the company’s stock. The Board believes that this shorting resulted in the stock price dropping from $.02 to $.002 during the period Tuesday February 5th, 2008 to Tuesday February 12th, 2008.
Both of these actions were in violation of the original agreements between the Company and La Jolla Cove Investors, Inc.
