camelion, as you know, restricted shares refer to company stock that are utilized for compensation, incentives, consulting fees, acquisitions, etc., and are not calculated in the float equation.

As you know, the float can change often, depending on the issuance of stock - at this point, I have no doubt that the public float has increased. There's no question that new shares have hit the open market in the past month or so - my concern is the convertible debenture financing that Golden State Equity has been providing on an ongoing basis, which in many cases can be very detrimental to shareholder value.

Another issue to look into - has anyone checked if Invicta and/or Image Worldwide trades on a foreign exchange? We do know that Sorkin holds a great deal of stock, and this should be looked into. There is the possibility that there's some connection to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange - need to investigate some more.

Overall, the price is being held down due to selling pressure in my estimation - doesn't seem to be letting up here. Any thoughts?
