That is another very good point ! The placement may not be required and further dillution avoided. Thanks for reminding me that they never said who was delaying the placement ! I did though get an e-mail from PTQ and they said the placees were waiting to see what the share price was going to do prior to their decission on getting in on the placement ! You have made me think now, and I thank you for that, as not having the placement go through because they dont need it would be a great thing !
