You know what "J" my money in this is so old I've written it off....the good news is after many years we are finally hearing something....I'm 50 years old lets hope we get a really verdict in a few years and make a killing....if it happens, all of the long timers on this board we meet in a small pub in england and hoist a ALE to each other when its over....deal!!!!
I will happily make the trip to England to share a pint if this dog gets off the floor and does anything positive. I thought the US Courts were slow - the High Court is amazingly slow. And consider the $ in question. TCLL has $70M, and there are much larger claims than theirs.
As a matter of fact - if I ever see a return on this stock, I think I will have a Pint in every pub in England. Might take a while..... but I'll give it my best shot.
