Regarding patents - My understanding is very little, if any, royalities (revenue) are being generated currently.

I believe you have a strategic situation where WAVX wants to leverage the patents to encourage (strongly) bundling with WAVX.

As the SED market continues to mature, do you entice bundling with WAVX (yes, longer term vision!) or drive partnerships away by immediate enforcement of a much smaller market.
(I'm also sure there are varying legal interpretations of patent enforcement/infrigement and processes that can drag the later option on for months, yrs.).

dig space, we don't know what royalties are being paid by the drive manufacturers for these patents, but whatever the royalties are, they're no where near as important as the core IP upon which Wave can construct future enhancements to their portfolio of trusted drive technologies.

If the industry is indeed moving toward factory installed SED solutions, then ownership of these patents should provide Wave with strong leverage going forward.
