Every company dilutes...every one! How then do it, and for what reason is the key. When you find a company where AS=OS, then you have found a company that is not diluting...yet. Even if for some reason, Shaun is selling restricted shares to raise cash TO BUY ASSETS...then fill your boots Shaun! But the kind of money we are talking about isn't going to go far. Don't ignore the daily short info..this stock is being attacked IMO!...in some ways that is worse than dilution....it is VERY HARD to force miscreant shorters to cover.
Proof of what exactly, cdnkid10? Did you reveal something I missed? Crying "dilution" doesn't answer anything and it really doesn't help anyone (unless you work for the shorters...) IMO
I haven't had shares of this stock as long as a lot of you here, but I am trying to figure this company out.
I think the less dramatic among us would agree that the increase in the outstanding shares does not equal a sell-off by the company.
