I hear you... It would be nice for a company to make profit off it's business not it's shares. over 300 mil shares have hit the market since Jan 1 2010. Unless the company has stated elsewhere that they were used for aquis.

Due to the news and the action around here I played 200,000 shares early. I was out in the 5's but missed the top. Then back at 0.042 and set a sell at 0.05 GTC. It actually filled near end of day so I bought into the close for a gap open or AM news. I only played 200,000 but accounted for 1 million of the volume. If there was 20-30 others doing the same it explains how volume could be 5 times actual trades. I dont normally day trade. I usually stick to bottom bouncers and hold for what the techs tell me even if it takes weeks. I couldn't resist this opportunity for today and the next few. This news will come fast, because there is no time to waste.
