Careful on how you interpret that $10 Series B Preferred Stock to common shares. The $10 does not imply any particular value for the common shares. $10 is $10 whether common share value goes up or down. Just a matter of how many common shares they get when they convert. B shares value is in the interest and discount to current share value when they convert.

it looks like 2 or the 3 companies listed are on the Nasdaq so it can't be too bad.

DO anyone know what the next steps are to getting all of the uplisting requirements met and how quickly that can be done?

It would be great to get a timeline so we can start to better understand the future plans.
