Careful on how you interpret that $10 Series B Preferred Stock to common shares. The $10 does not imply any particular value for the common shares. $10 is $10 whether common share value goes up or down. Just a matter of how many common shares they get when they convert. B shares value is in the interest and discount to current share value when they convert.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
