So, let me see if I have this straight.

1. Someone is selling off a ton of shares on good news (obviously trying to short the price)
2. Someone else has a big order out above the price (obviously trying to raise the price)
3. Cal-Bay has not sold any free-trading shares

Sounds like there are several things going on here. Do we have a shareholder price battle where one party is shorting and one is promoting?

The question is, where did these people get their shares if not on the open market?
