Why would FFGO settle their debt now at .0001 / share instead of waiting to close the deal and settle for .003 / share?

Seph, V, 7-10 or the rest of the FFGO loyal, I'm looking at you.

I think the only logical answer is that there is no deal so they can only settle at .0001.

Am I missing anything?

So over the next year they will continue to cash out shares at .0001 and pay the remaining $1.4mil off. Once they're debt free they will then say the deal is off. eom.

As announced on May 6, 2010; these price guidelines were based upon a Gold Price of US$1,050/oz. With Gold having traded as high as US$2,010/oz; the Company's pricing guidelines would be increased by as much as 15%, translating to a price of no less than US$0.00345 per share; should Gold continue to trade at these price levels. In short, should the price of Gold continue to trade above US$1,050/oz, these pricing guidelines would be increased accordingly. What an utter scam. There is no deal. Now the lying con men have even changed the language with which they discuss the "deal" to "pricing guidelines" Maybe the recent arrests of high profile penny stock swindlers by the DOJ have made Lumb and Co. more than a little scared of what is likely to befall these career penny stock crooks.
