tim, a person can be arrested but not charged, pending further investigation. However, if you are arrested, you have to post bail to get out, which is what M&M did. They each posted $2m in bail and were released. I believe in order to be officially charge, that has to be in a court, in front of a judge, where all the charges are read. Metters day in court recently was to ask the judge if he could attend his son's graduation.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think M&M have been brought into a court and had all the charges read to a Judge (on the record) as of yet.
