legalegaltx, are you sure they were both arrested and charged? Based on my research, if you are officially charge with a crime, it's done in a court of law in front of a judge to officially get it on the record. If this happened already, then I was unaware of it. TIA

legalegaltx, you are correct. I just got off the phone with an FBI agent in the New York office. I told him about SpongeTech and how M&M had to post a $2M bail. He said if the FBI arrested them, then they were also charged at the same time. Case closed. Now, what's our next case? lol.
