There are still a few reasons I don't like the stock, but I am never happy with taking a complete loss. I might have to dig into the financials a bit to come up with any strong thoughts either way. The delisting is often a sign of a pending BK, but not always. The defaults were the beginning of the trouble, and you need to follow what happens from there. They actually have a very workable share structure.

I think the biggest problem is the price of oil. It has to go over a certain number to make biofuels into an economical solution. It really isn't that cheap, but I don't know the break even point. I am working on it. I have a patent pending on a new biofuel technology, which is another reason I follow this stock.

I took another glance at the financials, and it looks like the vultures are circling. They wrote down 26 million in asset valuation last year, so the per share loss came in much higher than cash loss. They appear highly leveraged with the preferred stock as the debt instrument. I have been through these structures before, and I doubt that the common shares will survive. The cash losses and business conditions will force them to liquidate assets, and trim the business, or turn it over to the preferred shareholders.
