Hi guys!

The thing I see here is simply negotiation tactics. The POR offered nothing and will not be accepted. On the other hand, the examiner was denied. These are the two extremes were the negociation will take place. Hopefully, with time being an important element working on our side, we will see a settlement soon.

what type of settlement?

Cash combined with share swap most likely.
