First of all, at that point, no one had a clue as to what the correct O/S was. Everyone was just guessing, but no proof.
So, my figure was way off? Really, how about this. I called the T/A on a Tuesday and he ended up giving me those numbers. Notice the O/S amount: 1,249,451,605. I had called him the day before and tried to get the O/S, but he wouldn't give it to me. He told me I would have to send a letter to them. So I did, on Tuesday. The next day, Wednesday is when I called and got the numbers. My letter to the T/A had already gone out the previous day:
STOCKHOLDERS’ EQUITY Preferred stock, $0.001 par value, 55,000,000 shares authorized, 0 shares issued and outstanding 0 0 Common stock, $0.001 par value, 1,250,000,000 shares authorized, 1,249,451,605 and 365,473,214 shares issued and outstanding at February 28, 2009 and May 31, 2008 1,249,452 365,473
Does that number look familiar? 1,249,451,605. Same number given to me by the T/A when I called, the President of Olde Monmouth in that letter, and in their official 10Q filing.
My figure was way off? I think not. Like I said, you really don't know what you're talking about.

Oh Kitt, you have got to be kidding now!. Do you not understand that when someone posts quotation marks around the word "basher," it's equivalent to saying they are really not bashers? In other words, it's a slam of sorts to those who still call overachiever, puppy, etc. bashers, because they aren't. It's like saying "Bashers." (NOT!) They were right all the time and people simply refused to listen to them.
And that last part of yours. What the heck are you taling about? When I first bought in, like many, I was pro-SPNG. As time went on, I knew there was something wrong. I have posted just as many negative things about SPNG, probably more, then the positive things. At some point, if you realize something is not right, then it's not right. When SPNG said they had $70M of booked revenue, I posted that wasn't possible. I got kind of slammed for that, too.
And this part is just downright funny:

I dig like hell trying to find info to post, whether it be good or bad. I do it to help shed a little more light on what's going on inside a company that refuses to tell their shareholders anything!
