I called Olde Monmouth yesterday and asked if I could get a current share count for spng. I was told by a guy (didn't get his name) that I had to call the company. I told him the company wasn't giving out that information. I then asked him if there was any way I could get this info. He told me to send him a letter and someone would put the numbers in and mail then back to me.
This morning I called again and spoke to the same guy. I asked him if I could send him an email. I would be quicker. It would take about 2 weeks to go from the left coast to the east coast. He said when they receive a request, they have 3 days to respond and that I should probably contact the company. I then told him that he told me to send a letter and they would give me the info, and that I had already mailed the letter to him.
He then simply gave me the numbers. I didn't ask for them. He just gave them to me. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. I was busy writing all the info down. I asked him for the float numbers but he said that was not for public disclosure. I have a feeling he's the only guy who answers the phone. I believe there's a girl that answers the phone sometimes. I called him about 15 minutes ago, so he's probably still on the phones.
