Because in the indictment it's states back in 2003 and 2004 -- they threatened those who claimed CMKM was a scam and/or threatened those that said they're going to report CMKM to the SEC.

I thought that was interesting too. I wonder who was threatened. Maybe some peripheral players. I don't think they mean Slurp and Squiddy threatening "bashers".
