It does not matter if MOPN is 1,000

times better than what is being used now, by BP and the CG. If they do not buy MOPN, and lots of it, we are sub-penny again. Forget about how much better MOPN is to others. As of this date, neither the CG nor BP are using MOPN. Period. If that does not change, we are overbought and heading south. IMHO.
