No but there are plenty of companies that were making claims of a low public float when the float was actually quite large.

Spongetech was claiming they had 722 million shares on their way down to 500 Million when the SEC and FBI just announced that the shares were really at 3 BILLION.

The public float issue is BS.

The NSS crap - It is crap here. Stock trades too flat.
