If Quirk doesn't exercise his warrants then the OS doesn't go up.

Maybe it's just that simple.

Giving him more time to exercise the warrants increases the likelihood that he will do so.

It would seem that Barnhill has a time frame in how long he can get away without moving this stock. If he keep the 9/2010 dead line we can blow off Quirks possible warrants if not do you really think Barnhill can keep this stock price down another 2 years with Quest at our door step. I am very convienced that Barnhill has a relationship with Quest and has given us an extention in delayed timing to try to push Quirks and the others last warrants under the table forever. So if so We won't get news until possibly October but now with this court action how long can Barnhill and Quest sit on this deal?
