I agree, that is an important question to be answered but the other question equally important is......why does Barnhill not want to allow him the extra time? Isn't this the guy that provided the necessary cash to allow him to get where he is today with this company?

As Bob stated, I don't believe Quirk has the desire to take over the company, I think he merely wants to buy more time to maximize his investment based on the progress that has been made to date.

As far as Barnill is concerned, is there some kind of buyout deal with Quest happening that they don't want Quirk to exercise the warrants and own to many votes? Is Barnhill intentionally holding the share price down hoping the warrants will expire.

The last blast of pr's was most likely to keep the share price up long enough to call other warrants and now they have enough cash to keep them going until they finalize whatever he has going on with Quest.

I'm just shooting in the dark here and throwing out some theories to create discussion with some of the more intelligent and informed people on the board here.
