Lawsuit is a non event to the average shareholder
As an attorney, my view of this lawsuit is that it should not concern investors. It is simply a suit to determine the date of the exercise of certain warrants. It looks like just a nuisance lawsuit but it really does not matter.
True, the exercise of the warrants will dilute the outstanding stock by about 12%. However the cash infusion into the company of $5.4 million dollars should entirely mitigate the dilutive effects. Furthermore, we will not see the dilution until the stock rises about 35-45% in which case we should all be happy. John
