There are more than one problem and I strongly feel since if I were Quirk that I would deal with 1 problem at a time to slow things down to a snails groth threathening the Quest news that would have blown the top off of this stock. It may start to but have a small belief that Quirk might sell a few shares at the news and then file another lawsuit involving note J. Yes Quirk is no dummie as he can sell massive shares at the start of the news to fill his pockets then file a note J suit and you watch shareholders dump this like no end. We have threats and now action by Quirk which is probably only stage 1 or 2 problems. You say you are an attorney then why have you not thought about the 2 problems and only 1. I hope you win most of your cases and maybe you do but the only way you could would be the ability to see more than 1 problem that may arrise and as for our stock we have 2 problems not just 1 and it may involve many individuals in time. Lets somehow hopw that Barnhill and company have all the angles worked out and are not bluffing their way as the old man Quirk is experienced and is not going to play he has the floor with the stock hand he has. He is old and health matters so a good ole fight to the end might be his end or might be our end!

2 years is a helluva long time to extend these warrants, so you better believe I'm concerned. I for one am not holding shares here with the thought that they'll be anywhere near .14 or .19 cents a share in 2 years time.

If you're an attorney, maybe you know the answer: does holding 10% or better entitle the holder to an additional 2 years?
