If I remember my filing dates correctly, the next 10Q is due on May 15.

From the 10K:

"At March 30, 2010, 161,841,878 shares of the registrant’s common stock were outstanding."

Dilution has been slow but steady. 500 million are authorized, and they have a subscription agreement.
