Ah, yes....and then there's Feltang (thanks to Tryoty for his scrutiny of the supplemental prospectus).
Feltang received partial payment for bringing Sinopec to the dance floor at the time of Sinopecs entry and I always wondered when they would be payed off.
That said, I asked the company that very question. DK took an off the cuff guess in his first response but clarified it (with co management?) and corrected his first response to:
My hunch as stated in the earlier e-mail was not correct. The reason ERHC is still carrying the liability to Feltang on its books is the Board has chosen not to make that payment yet. It will make the payment at its discretion.

Now that our BOD has finally (4.5 years later) decided to pay Feltang.....payment made on 8-2-10.....I veiw that move as extremely important to our investment herein. I always thought Feltangs payment would come after SEO reached a satisfactory deal. Again....the fat lady can be heard now if you chose to listen loudly.
So, on 8-2-10 the BOD approved payment to Feltang. On 8-16-10 the BOD met (I have reason to suspect they met in London)...and decided a blackout policy was not only necessary but that it should be incldued on the co website. Moreover, the blackout policy must show that a blackout is in effect currently.....(nearly 1.5 months after the policy was approved it was put into effect)....then a day later they issue shares at .22 cents.
