"Certain Nigerian investors, Feltang included, want their ERHC shares monetized and are pressuring Offor who is pressuring Sinopec both directly and indirectly. The chances of this occurring are remarkably high."

I repost the above line from Marks source as I believe nothing has changed in this regard with the exception of the possible suitor.

I can vision 3 different modes of delivery that would allow "Certain Nigerian investors, Feltang included" to see their ERHC shares monetized....and have listed them in my "best guess" order:

1) Buyin of controlling interest of ERHC via Total or Sinopec.

2) Sale of blocks 2,3 and 4 to Total or Sinopec with proceeds issued to shareholders via special dividend.

3) Buyout of ERHC via Total or Sinopec.

When:

Peter Ntephe was quoted from an interview that likely took place at the Nigeria Oil & Gas Conference on February 22 - 25, 2010:

"Phase one of exploration drilling in that area has happened and is completed, we’re waiting for the results which would be announced within the next month or in six weeks and then we move on to phase 2."

(BTW, its nice Peter Ntephe can tell the media phase II is "on" but can't tell his shareholders)

That would put the results timeline anywhere from tomorrow, March 22, 2010, thru April 8, 2010. I would think that options 1,2 or 3 (above) would closely follow the actual drilling results.

I have seen nothing that sways me from believing the results will be better than most forecasts on this board and certainly better than the pre-drilling NSAI P50 report. It is my opinion (and its pretty lonely here) that David Bovell's sole spoken price tag will be close for the monetizing of "Certain Nigerian investors, Feltang included" shares.

I am Totally excited about our prospects here.....FINALLY. It appears the ball is finally rolling.
