First off, we should welcome Sugar to the TC Fan Club....make sure he gets his shirt please....you know the one...I'd venture a guess that Bernstein didnt practively seek TC out.....but that TC was placed into the role by the equity group.....maybe TC is godfather to Reid's kids.....or could be through the co founder of MAG, can't remember his name....of course also can't remember is he's in MTCHE or over at OXIS.....the cast of characters associated with Big T is long and slimy

SM & RB are part of the debenture holders. The debenture holders sent in Tony. Bob has no connection to Tony prior to this nor did he know what Tony was capable of.
SM & RB went on PR campaign to drive the stock so they could pump and dump their stocks to get compensation since Matech was never able to pay off the debenture. And while they were filling their pockets, they starved the company financially. Em,ployees quit because they found no need to put money into the company to pay the employees.
Bill resigned because he couldn't stand to deal with those pricks. Shortly after that, the other employees quit once Bob was fired.
Sade, Jim are Tony's team, they follow him everywhere he goes.
Tony even tried to get his son to be in the office to answer the phones.
The reason no one would answer the calls is because the company laid in the hands of Tony, whom, like I said, and I'm sure most of you know, is a lying sack of shit.
There is a lot brewing here and it's not good.
